Step Aerobics

Aerial silks are a great workout for anyone from a total beginner to an advanced yoga practitioner and can teach you a lot about your own body, emotions, fears and release of tensions. The whole experience is playful and includes child-like swings, jumps and flips through the air while being incredibly safe and taught in small personal groups.

Jumping classes is a cardiovascular training class that uses low-impact trampolines to maximize the benefits of exercise.
The basis is a combination of high and low-intensity exercises, fast sprints with balance elements for perfect «core training» and exercises to develop explosive strength.
Working out on trampolines is one of the most effective ways to burn a lot of calories in an hour. However, it won’t be too hard because we work to the rhythm of favorite songs to awaken joy, so it can lift your mood after just a few minutes.
